A new app featuring new tunes from composers around the World
Building on the first two piping apps that feature a range of traditional tunes, Magnus Orr is currently compiling a new ‘Pipe Tunes’ app featuring contemporary tunes.
The app will feature a small number of tunes from each composer – if players like what they hear they can buy more by unlocking more tunes (in-app purchase) from that composer within the app.
The app will be updated on a regular basis. Composers can add more tunes and users of the app can build-up a library of contemporary pipe tunes.
Each tune will be supported by composer’s notes and MP3 recording (where available).
Royalties will be paid to composers on a monthly basis. This will be based on the number of tunes you have available in the app and the number of extra tunes that users buy.

Tunes can be added at anytime to the collection. These will appear in the next update. The app will be available world-wide on iTunes for both iPad and iPhone users and will be promoted at major piping events.
