Momedia - digital media and event production
Momedia is a digital media and event production company run by Magnus Orr and based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Momedia provides cost effective digital production services including web design and development, creating both graphical and programming solutions to help maximize the impact of your digital communications while increasing business efficiency.
In 2009 and in collaboration with Glasgow Caledonian University, Momedia created a highly innovative location aware prototype using RFID. This device works within buildings and can be used as a location aware hand-held interactive guide within museum or retail environments.
In 2010 a major event for Momedia is the production and promotion of The Pipefest Global Challenge. The event aims to unite 10,000 pipers and drummers around the World to help raise funds for cancer charities worldwide.
Latest Projects
The Pet Phone Book is a dedicated directory for pet resources in the UK. The site published and developed by Momedia uses our own fully scaleable content management system, which is optimised for business listings and local search, helping create targeted leads for local businesses.
